Clubbercise Combat + Tone is for people who prefer less dance-based moves and more squatting, kicking, jumping & punching.

Like Clubbercise. it's taught in a darkened room with a nightclub atmosphere and set to a soundtrack of the biggest club anthems from the 90's to the latest hit.

It's the ideal workout to release stress and tone.

Glowsticks will still be used in class, but you can opt out of using them if you prefer.
