Due to the current situation regarding Covid-19, there have been some changes made at the facility. Please read the information below before making a visit to the gym.
On entry and exit, we ask all members to sanitise their hands using the touchless dispenser in the entrance.
Extra cleaning and sanitising stations are located through out the gym to aid customers in cleaning down touched surfaces.
Members must clean down equipment before and after use using the anti-bacterial agents provided. This includes weights and machines. Please be aware that 2-3pm (Mon-Fri) staff will be cleaning throughout the gym -but it will remain open.
Weights should be put away after use to avoid others touching surfaces that they have not cleaned.
Clear walkways have been established and equipment has been spaced at 2m apart, where possible.
Where 2m is not possible, some equipment has been spaced for better air flow and ventilation. We ask members not to use equipment in close proximity of others.
Doors and windows, where possible, will remain open for increased ventilation and fans will be in operation.
Gym bags and towels must not be brought into the gym floor.
A maximum capacity will be in operation (90 members). Entry and exit to the building will be recorded through digital sign in. Through this app, members will be able to track numbers in the gym at any given time.
Changing rooms will be open for more frequent hand washing. We ask members to shower/change at home and come to the facility 'gym ready'.
Sunbeds will still be in operation however the Sauna & Steam will not be in use.
The class timetable will be reconfigured to allow for smaller groups and less congestion.
Contactless payments are preferred.

We may check the temperature of customers who display signs and symptoms using an infrared thermometer.
